Intoroduction 

This blog is the elaboration of an online test for English learners, the ability 

listening in the B1 level is assessed.

From my experience as a student I can say that it was very enriching 

because 

I learned to design educational material for students in virtual environments, 

it is important to note that technological tools are important to facilitate 

the 

acquisition of knowledge

Step 1 - Virtual learning environments

To design a PowToon presentation based on the readings and the required 

aspects. 

To write a document with the cover page and the link of the presentation. To 

submit the document to the monitoring and evaluation environment.

Step 2 - Tools in learning environments

To read the suggested documents, choose the topics and write a summary of the 

selected topic. To design a tutorial of the chosen tool, share the video and post the 

link on the forum. To write a word document with cover page, summaries and links.

Step 3 - Creating digital language learning activities

To read the suggested documents and post the selection: topic, level, skill on the 

forum. To design two interactive activities, post them on the forum and design an 

online notebook.

Step 4 - Using web tools to design tests

To review the course contents and design an online test. To create a web 

page including all the materials designed for the course. To submit a 

document with a cover page and the link of the web page to the 

monitoring 

and evaluation environment.

Conclusion

The technologies and communications make the eduacion much 

easier, the design of materials for virtual environments is very 

important in the student development because it facilitates the 

process of teaching-learning. Personally, I think that the 

different applications should improve to be much easier to use, 

and so many people can use.
